Psychotherapy

With psychotherapy, a happier, healthier, and more productive life is possible. Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a licensed therapist. Dr. Fine provides a supportive environment that is objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental. She utilizes only therapies that have been shown through research to be effective, including, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), CBT-i (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). Dr. Fine is an EMDR trained therapist. Issues that she addresses include:

  • Support for patients and family members with TBI and other Neurocognitive Disorders
