Please note: Dr. Fine does not accept insurance for psychotherapy, other than worker's compensation. The investment is $200 for a 50-minute session for non-worker's compensation patients. In some cases, a superbill may be provided for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

Psychotherapy

With psychotherapy, a happier, healthier, and more productive life is possible. Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual or individuals and a psychologist. Dr. Fine provides a supportive environment that is objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental. She utilizes only therapies that have been shown through research to be effective, including, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). Dr. Fine is an EMDR trained therapist. Issues that she addresses include:

  • Chronic Illness and Pain
